- Blend the spinach,ginger and green chilli with about 1/4 water,use more if needed.
- In a bowl mix with wheat flour all the ingredients except spinach besan,cumin seeds, asafetida,salt and oil,mix it well.
- Add the spinach paste to the flour mix and from into a firm and pliable dough add water as needed grease your palm and kneed the dough.
- Cover the dough and let it sit for 10 minutes.Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
- Place one puri at time in the frying pan and press it with a skimmer. The puri should puff up slowly.turn the Puris over.
- Puri should be light golden colour both sides.
- Take the puri out and serve them with curd.
