- Take a pan put ghee and after melting it add milk powder mix and start thickening at low medium flame.keep stirring otherwise it will burn
- After making it totally thick add cardamom powder, strawberry paste blended and two tbsp brown sugar.start mixing well and again need to cook to make thick mixture.
- When it becomes totally thick and sticky mixture keep aside to cool down and mix crushed nuts.after cooling down grease palms with ghee and start making modak shape
