Rajma is kidney beans curry which is made by pressure cooking raw kidney beans which are soaked overnight.

Steps to make Rajma/ Kidney beans cutlet:
  1. Soak rajma overnight. Pressure cook rajma for 5-6 whistles along with potatoes and salt. Drain the water. Peel the potatoes and mash.
  2. In a blender coarsely grind rajma.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onions and fennel powder till translucent.
  4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder after raw smell disappears add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add to rajma-potato mash and combine everything along with coriander leaves.
  6. Make into round cutlets. Set aside.
  7. Take maidha in a bowl add little water and make into thick paste.Dip in maidha slurry and bread crumbs.
  8. Pan fry in tawa adding oil on the sides. Cook both side. You can also deep fry.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
