Once heated add cumin seeds. Once seeds splutter then add blended masala in it. Cook till water from masala evaporates then add dry powders and salt to it. Cook for 5 minutes or till you can see ghee leaving the sides of the pan or cooker
- Add boiled beans to the masala, adjust the consistency by adding water at this stage. Cover the pan/cooker with the lid and cook for 10 minutes. Serve it with rice or chapati. Rajma chawal is best and classic combo for most punjabi hones.
