- Mix the corn starch in a cup of warm water till smooth then add into the boiling stock to thicken a bit, let boil for 2 minutes
- Now add in the chopped peppers, carrots, green beans and the remaining onion and mix thoroughly. Allow to start boiling.
- Once it starts boiling again, add the remaining stock cube, taste for salt and adjust if need be, then put off the cooking heat so you don't overcook the veggies
- Serve with either pasta, rice, Yam or as you desire
