  1. Take a brinjal Wash it properly and don't cut it's top part. Now half cut the brinjal in + way.

  4. Now prepare masala stuffing. Take a bowl add besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt. Mix well and stuff this masala mixture in brinjal.
  5. Set a wok on medium flame and add some oil. Add STUFFED BRINJAL and mix well and add rest of the masala mixture lil bit of water and again mix well.
  6. Garnish with coriander.
