Add the tamarind paste and seasoning. Boil till thick enough to coat the back of a spoon thinly. What I usually do is use dry tamarind powder which I get from Indian grocery stores. Sweet tamarind chutney is a famous Indian chutney which is made from tamarind, jaggery and some basic spices.

  3. Then add a little turmeric powder, rock salt, roasted cumin powder, crushed garlic, fennel seeds powder and red chilli powder. Boil it 4 to 5 minutes.Till it becomes thick. Just like dosa batter.
  4. Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Ready to serve with chole bhature
