- Soak kidney beans for 4 to 5 hours and pressure cook till it cook…and become soft

- Drain the boiled brown rice and brown lentil in drainer
- Put oil in a pan
- Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cloves let it crackel
- Then add chopped green Bell pepper chopped. Saute for half minute.
- Then add butter or ghee.. let it heat..
- Add chopped tomatoes mix it.. don't saute it..
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add red chilli powder..
- Add coriander powder..
- Mix it well..
- Then add curd..
- Mix it well…saute for minute..
- Add garam masala
- Then add pav bhaji masala..
- Mix it well..
- Then add boiled kidney beans..
- Add boiled brown rice and brown lentil..
- Mix it properly and add lemon juice in it..cook for minute..
- Lastly add kasuri methi..
- And garnish it with fresh chopped coriander leaves..
- Mix it properly and cook for half minute..
- Tip: if you want to add onion..chop half onion and saute before bell pepper..till it become brown..
- Serve it hot with curd, raita or hot soup…
