- Add chopped tomatoes and sauté until the mixture starts releasing oil from the ends. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and Garam masala and sauté for 2-3 minutes
- Now strain the water from the pressure cooked rajma and pour rajma in to the pan and mix well. Add salt as per taste. You can add 1/4 glass of water and mix well. Let the mixture simmer on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot along with steam rice and Ghee. Bon Apetite
