- Add beetroot and chocolate to the butter mixture and beat.
- Sift remaining ingredients and gently fold untill thoroughly mixed.
- Place the mixture into the tin and flatten the top.
- Bake for 40-45mins untill a clean needle comes out clean but it still slightly wobbles when shaken slightly.
- Leave to cool in tin then cut into small pieces. Enjoy! :D
