  2. Get 1 medium capsicum chopped
  3. Make ready 1 cup grated paneer
  4. Prepare 3 medium tomatoes (pureed)

  6. Take 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/2 tsp dhania jeera powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. Take to taste Salt
  11. Prepare To serve parathas

This can be served as main course with naan or plain roti. Wash the tomato, wipe dry it. Apply little oil on its surface all around and roast it over the flame, till whole of its outer surface turns blackish and flaky. Peel off the burnt skin of the roasted tomatoes.

Instructions to make Tomato Bharta:
  1. Wash,pat dry tomato. Apply oil all over it. Insert fork from upper side as seen. Roast it on open medium flame for few minutes till outer skin blackened. Put it in cold water. Discard skin and chopped into pieces.
  2. In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped capsicum,saute for 1 min. Add roasted tomato pieces saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree,mix and cook till water evaporates.
  4. Add tumeric powder,red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder & garam masala. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Lastly add grated paneer, salt. Mix & cook for 1 minute.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Tomato Bharta with Parathas.
