In a bowl put yogurt in it and mix it well until it is smooth. If the curd is very thick, add a little water or milk. Let it cool down and then squeeze well, so the water is removed completely. Add salt, roasted cumin powder in yogurt and mix.

  6. While serving pour the tempering over the curd.
