- If you cook kalaijee more it will become hard.
- As you get it cut in small pieces and apply fresh garlic with skin than wash throughly and take out excess water. Add Yoghurt in it and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Do not, I repeat do not add salt during cooking. When it is done than add salt. It will keep your kalaijee soft soft.
- Don't over cook. Don't cover it while cooking. It will become hard
- Take oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste until brown, add zeera. - Add chopped tomatoes. - Cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
- Noww add kalaijee and cook on high flame. - Do not cover it. - Add Coriander, kasuri maithi, chilli powder and crushed chilli.
- Add garam masala. - I repeat don't cover. Continuous stir fry. If you cook too much it will become hard.
- When masalah is cooked completely and oil comes out add salt, green chillies and lemon juice.
- Remove from the flame. - Top it with chat massage.
