  1. Cut radish leaves in small pieces & wash in water for 2-3 times. Add radish pieces along with leaves.
  2. Boil it in pressure cooker until 1 whistle. Squeeze extra water.
  3. Roast Besan until golden without oil in a pan.
  4. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add oil. Once heated add ajwain. Add green chillies.
  5. Add Boiled radish, red chilli powder & salt. Stir well. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add Roasted Besan. Mix properly so that Besan mixed with radish. Cover with lid. Cook it on slow heat for 4-5 minutes. Add mango powder. Mix well.
  6. Serve hot with makki ki roti or chappati.
