After that switch off the gas and shift it in the blender and make sauce.
- For tikkies heat a pan add desi ghee on it make tikki shape balls of potato mixture and shallow fry it in a pan from both side.Our tikkies are ready.
- For plating put tikki in a plat add curd on it then tomato sauce. Grated radish, pomegranate and vrat navratan mixture. You can also add green pudina chutney on it too.
