- Place a saute pan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add oil.

- Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and little salt. Mix well and add some water. Cover and cook till tomatoes becomes mushy.
- Add the rice noodles/ santhagai. Keep tha flame low and mix well. Check for salt. Add if needed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve.
