  7. Take 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions to make Ridge gourd ki sabji:
  1. Heat oil in pan, add onions and cook it for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add chopped green chilli and tomatoes in it and cook for two minutes then add all spices(salt, turmeric powder,red chilli and coriander powder).
  3. Cook for 5 minutes then add chopped ridge gourd in it.
  4. Cook it well by adding little amount of water and by cover the kadai it in between.
  5. After 15-20 minutes sabji is ready to serve with chappati.
