  4. Add salt the taste, turmeric powder into it. And mix it well.
  5. Add the moong dal after washing it thoroughly into the pan. Add water one small cup and cover the pan.let it cook for 40 minutes.
  6. After the lauki becomes soft, add the grated coconut. put the flame on high. Let the excess water dry and serve hot with rice. (do gurnish by Coriander leaves, coconut, dry red chili, lentil dumpling)
