  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  4. As seeds start crackling, add garlic and curry leaves.
  5. Now add onion saute it for min. Now add tomato and bell pepper.
  6. Mix it well. Cook 2-3 min. Now add all spices. Cook for 2-3 min.
  7. Now add 1/4cup water and jaggery. Cover it and cook 2-3 min. Now off the flame.
  8. Now cool it down and blend it. Our chutney is ready.
