  7. Stuff peppers about 3/4 of the way full of hamburger/Rotel/cheese mixture
  8. Heap wild rice you previously made on top and sprinkle with another pinch of shredded cheese
  9. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted
