- At first,cut the surface of the bell pepper
- Soak the rice in water
- Then,boil it 70% in hot water
- Clear the pulp from the capsicum
- Then,grease oil in both side of capsicum
- Take ghee in pan with whole garam masala and dry fruit
- Add boil rice in pan and saute.
- Add salt and sugar in it.
- Now,add milk mix colour in rice in same pan
- Next add coriander leaves and mix.
- Trun off oven and pour the rice in bell pepper.
- Bake the stuff capsicum in steamer in oven.
- Cover the lid and take 25 min
- After steam,Finally rice completely cook.
- Keep the stuff bake bell pepper in plate.
- Serve it with spicy curry.
