  4. Keep stirring it for some time and than Cover with lid. Let it cook for 5-7 min. Check it out you will get oil floats on top now adjust consistency by adding water in it. Add kasuri methi, give it a mix. Now at last add fried potatoes in the greavy and cover it for 2-3 min. So that potatoes will absorb the masala.
  5. Dum aloo is ready to serve now. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with Poori or paratha.
